Who pays for the exam?
Your firm is invoiced, typically recovering the cost through the matter as a disbursement. You receive the specialist's fee and our coordination fee as two clear, separate line items.
How fast is turnaround?
It depends on the specialty and specialist availability, and you'll have an expected timeframe at assignment. When a deadline is tight, our Priority option secures the fastest available specialist and expedites booking and follow-up.
Is the opinion genuinely independent?
Yes. Specialists are independent of the parties, and you set the exact questions the report must address. MedBridge coordinates the process — it does not influence the clinical opinion.
How is claimant privacy protected?
Consent is captured before a referral starts, claimants are logged by de-identified reference, and every action is recorded — all designed around the Privacy Act 2020 and the Health Information Privacy Code.
